Stylish hotel, the stay was really enjoyable, marvellous location impossible on the island. I had fashionable, reasonably large room complete with great amenities, a super comfy bed, table and chairs. The breakfast on the roof top.

Everything was fine during 5 days, really enjoyed its magnificent and unbeatable location next to the main attractions, and the center.

The deluxe suite was bright, included a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The bed was comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely bed & breakfast located in the heart of Ortigia. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with modern fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was a good size and had a powerful shower. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff ready to assist in any way. Breakfast was served on a wonderful rooftop terrace, with a wide choice of delicious options. The location was ideal, as everything was within walking distance. We highly recommend this place to others.

One minor issue was the valet service, as the car was returned with some dirt inside and in the trunk.

Cinquesuites Ortigia is my go-to place in Syracuse. With 24-hour security, Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a jacuzzi, it suits me perfectly. The staff once helped me find a lost jewel, so I won't forget it. I'll definitely be back for Christmas!

The rooms were so rad with huge TVs for epic movie nights with my crew. And dude, the snorkeling and diving spots nearby were epic! We had the sickest time exploring underwater and spotting crazy sea creatures. This place is perfect for young party-goers like us who want a chill pad to crash after a day of non-stop adventure!

Only thing we would've asked for is a killer rooftop bar or party spot where we could hang out with other cool peeps. It would've been epic to have a place to kick back and meet new friends while sippin' on some sick cocktails.

I absolutely loved the elegant and charming decoration of the hotel. The interiors were so tastefully done, with beautiful furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. There were no stairs to climb, and the hallways were wide enough for me to navigate easily with my walker. It made my stay much more comfortable and convenient.

I wish there were more options for entertainment suitable for senior guests. Perhaps some organized activities or cultural events that cater to our interests.

The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the rainfall shower in the bathroom and the living area provided a cozy space to relax. Celebrating the New Year in this quaint accommodation was a great decision. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped us with everything we needed and were always ready to offer suggestions for the best dining options nearby. The breakfast on the rooftop was a wonderful experience with a breathtaking view of the city and the sea. They also provided us with free bikes which we enjoyed riding around the narrow and colorful streets.

The lack of parking nearby was a slight inconvenience but we managed to find a public parking lot not too far away. The noise level from the streets nearby was also a bit high, but it didn't stop us from having a good night's sleep.
